How do I know if my order has been received?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order from Envy Nightwear. If you have not yet received this, please email us on [email protected], and we will check on this for you.

 

Do I need to register or sign in before I place an order?

While there are many advantages to registering with Envy Nightwear, you do not have to register to place an order. Simply check out as a guest shopper. We are happy to have your business if only once, but we hope you will come back!!! If you do register with Envy Nightwear, you are able to use many of the features designed to make your future shopping experience even more enjoyable and you will be privy to future promotions, member-only sales and offers.

 

I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you forget your password for your online member profile, simply click on the “forgot password” link on the MY ACCOUNT page. Enter your email address you used to sign up, and we will send an email with a link to reset your password.

 

How do I enter a promo code?

All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the “Promotion Code” field within the shopping cart.

 

How is my purchase wrapped?

All Envy Nightwear garments are packaged in a custom designed box. Because we care as much as you that your beautiful nightwear is protected when shipped. Our 100% Silk pillowcases are presented in a custom designed pillow pouch, the perfect gift for you or someone special in your life.

 

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When in CHECKOUT all you need to do is replace your default address detail with the recipient’s address, select the gift option and add an optional message (max 250 characters). The goods will be delivered to the specific address without affecting your default details. We do require a contact name, address and phone number for the gift receiver, in case there is a problem during delivery.

 

Can I request gift wrapping if my purchase is a gift?

Can I redeem or purchase gift certificates online?

At this time, gift certificates cannot be sold or redeemed online at envynightwear.com.au

 

Can I cancel/change my order after I click “place order”?

Unfortunately, no orders can be cancelled or changed once you click “place order”. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, send it back to us for an exchange or refund. If the item I want is out of stock in my size, how can I find out whether it will be restocked?

If the item is part of our basic collection, we will most likely be restocking it. If you are unsure if a specific item is able to reordered, email us on [email protected] and we will look into this for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Envy Nightwear ship your order using Australia Post. Depending on the delivery service chosen at CHECKOUT

Can I obtain my tracking number?

Log into MY ACCOUNT and select my orders for a list of previous orders. Simply enter your order number, you wish to track. This will display your order details including status and tracking numbers. If your order has been shipped, click on the tracking /date link for further information on your order. You will be redirected to the Australia Post website for tracking. Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which includes your consignment tracking number.
