How do I know if my order has been received?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from Envy Nightwear. If you have not received this, please email us at customerservice@envynightwear.com.au, and we will check on this.

Would you like me to register or sign in before I place an order?

While there are many advantages to registering with Envy Nightwear, you do not have to register to place an order. Check out as a guest shopper. Registering with Envy Nightwear lets you use many of the features designed to make your future shopping experience even more enjoyable. In addition, you will be privy to future promotions, member-only sales and offers.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you forget your password for your online member profile, click on the “forgot password” link on the MY ACCOUNT page. Then, enter the email address you used to sign up.  We will send an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I enter a promo code?

All valid promotional codes must be keyed into the “Promotion Code” field in the shopping cart.

How is my purchase wrapped?  Can I request gift wrapping if my purchase is a gift?

A gift of sleepwear and lingerie is a moment to remember.  All Envy Nightwear garments are packaged in our Envy gift boxes. In addition, our 100% Silk pillowcases are presented in a custom-designed pillow pouch.  We also have keepsake bags if a box is not required.

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When in CHECKOUT, all you need to do is replace your default address detail with the recipient’s address, select the gift option and add an optional message (max 250 characters). The goods will be delivered to the address without affecting your default details. We require a contact name, address and phone number for the gift receiver in case of a problem during delivery.

Do you know if I can redeem or purchase gift certificates online?

At this time, gift certificates cannot be sold or redeemed online at envynightwear.com.au

Can I cancel/change my order after I click “place order”?

Unfortunately, no orders can be cancelled or changed once you click “place order”. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, send it back to us for an exchange or refund. If the item I want is out of stock in my size, how can I determine whether it will be restocked?

We are now ensuring that our collections are available for customers to secure their sizes before receiving our subsequent shipments. This way, you do not miss out on your size. Lock in your size with a pre-purchase. Shipments are dropping regularly.  We have reorders of existing collections and new sleepwear every three weeks. We will be advertising any pending shipments via social media and our website.  We will also let everyone know available sizes from size 6 to size 26. What is Envy Nightwear’s policy on sale items?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Envy Nightwear ships your order using Australia Post. Depending on the delivery service chosen at CHECKOUT.

Envy Nightwear usually work on next-day delivery to capital cities in Australia (regional areas may take two days, and remote towns nationally may take up to 4 days). Can I obtain my tracking number?

Log into MY ACCOUNT and select my orders for a list of previous orders. Next, enter the order number you wish to track. This will display your order details, including status and tracking numbers. If your order has been shipped, click the tracking /date link for further information. You will be redirected to the Australia Post website for tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us that includes your consignment tracking number.  Once you have the tracking number, you can watch the delivery progress through Australia Post.
